Synopsis
Kassim and his mother move to the countryside. Curious about the disappearance of a rare bird, the child decides to investigate.
Biography
Self-taught and from a working-class background, FBA one day discovered Cheyenne Autumn by John Ford, which sparked a desire for cinema. At the same time as working in a factory, he wrote his first screenplay, Les Ficelles, which was produced by the G.R.E.C. La Cinémathèque Française organized a retrospective of his films in 2024.
