SYNOPSIS

A man and woman drive at night to an unknown destination. He is a judge, she is an actress. As the night unravels and the memories of an unresolved crime resurface, the actress slowly inhabits the persona of the mother accused of killing her own child some years ago.

VANESSA LY

American, French born, Vanessa Ly starts making films when she moves to New York after studying French Literature at the Sorbonne University.

Self-taught in cinema, her films have premiered at the Rotterdam, Edinburgh, Palm Springs, Côté Court Pantin film festivals.

She is the recipient of the Jameson Short Film Award and the Best Short Film Award at the Bangkok Film Festival with Mekong Interior. Vanessa Ly currently lives and works in New York City, developing her first feature film.
