Synopsis
Three friends, a black cat, the shadows of some pirate ships, bonfires in the night, a TV-series produced by Gaddafi. And the radiance of the Mediterranean.
Biography
Fabrizio Polpettini studied visual arts and environmental sciences in Milan, film production in Paris and documentary filmmaking in Corsica. In 2009 he created Filmcaravan, an open-air film festival, and in 2014 he founded La Bête, a creative documentary production bureau. Before Un usage de la mer, he directed the short films The Ancient Child (2016), Rabbit Hole (2011) and The Houses there Wear Verandahs out of Shyness (2010).
