Synopsis

Temo, a poverty-stricken Georgian man, lives in a crumbling apartment that he and his siblings temporarily inhabit. Their immigrant mother is a caretaker of the elderly in Italy, hoping to eventually send home enough money for a proper house. Temo is an actor, but he must also work as a delivery man for meagre pay. One day, Temo performs dressed in a lion costume, as a prince in a phony historical play – while continuing to race around Tbilisi, delivering packages in scorching summer heat.
