ITCHAN AND SATCHAN

Two sisters, younger one Itchan and older one Satchan, come to their grandmother’s house who are currently in a nursing home. They start to clean up the house, to prepare for renovation, but the two gradually find the subtle gulf between them.

Born in 1988. His first feature film Forgotten Planets (2018) was officially selected in the 33rd Entrevues Belfort film festival and also screened at Japan Currents festival in Portland, Oregon.
Recently He made some short films focusing on monologues and landscapes. He is also the director of “The Movie Theatre Floating on the Sea”, the film screening events on a boat founded in 2013.
He also worked as the assistant director on Ryusuke Hamaguchi’s Wheel of Fortune and Fantasy.
