SYNOPSIS
Maurice is a camera operator living in a deserted village in the mountains of central France. Drawn to the call of the woods, he begins wandering alone through lands now once again haunted by wolves. It is not long before the ghosts of the past reappear.
DIRECTOR
Matthieu Chatellier is a filmmaker. He experiences an autarkic form, haunted by humans and their vulnerability. His films have been selected and awarded at many international festivals. In 2022, the Cinémathèque du Doc devoted a retrospective to the work of Daniela de Felice and Matthieu Chatellier at the Center Pompidou, in Paris.
